Who do you
know that was a winner on “America’s Funniest People”; toured with
Wayne Newton and Engelbert Humperdinck; was a co-host of the
television show “Vegas Live” with Clint Holmes and Sheena Easton,
and is Entertainment Director (and headliner) of Las Vegas
prestigious Stirling Club?
Kelly Clinton, of
course!
But that’s
only part of what this multi-talented singer-dancer and comedienne
is involved in. While still a student in Las Vegas, Kelly starred in
numerous plays and musical showcases. She then parlayed her
reputation as “class clown” into positions with several popular
lounge acts. She even fronted her own group “The Purple Gang”.
It was just a
matter of time before "Mr Las Vegas" Wayne Newton spotted her zany
antics and included her in his tribute to Elvis at the Las Vegas
Hilton and in numerous television appearances.
A successful
tour with Engelbert Humperdinck followed before she returned to Las
Vegas. Kelly was the perfect foil with her spot on “Vegas Live”, and
as a host of the city’s original celebrity karaoke night at the
Bootlegger Bistro.
Kelly is also
a master impressionist, recently performing her impersonations in a
show at Harrah’s Hotel, as well as during her numerous singing
engagements. This gal is a great singer and dancer and is a MUST
see.
Kelly has
also embarked on a recording career, and is best known for the
cleverly written and original composition “PMS Blues”.
Meet Kelly at
the Bootlegger Bistro, Las Vegas every Monday night where she hosts
'Celebrity Karaoke and where you can catch a rising star, guest
celebrities and professional singers from many show in town.
